To request a transcript, click on the "Request Transcript" button in the How Can We Help section. Fill out the required information including the number of copies needed and delivery preference. Your transcript will be processed within 5-7 business days.
What is the processing time for transcript requests?
Standard transcript requests are processed within 5-7 working days. For urgent requests, we offer expedited processing within 2-3 business days for an additional fee. Rush orders may be available for same-day processing.
How can I verify my academic records?
Click on "Verify Records" to submit a verification request. Provide the necessary details and documents. Our verification team will review your submission and notify you of the status through email. Verification typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I track my request status online?
Yes! You can track your request at any time by using the "Track Request" or "Track Verification" buttons. Simply enter your request ID and you'll see real-time updates on your submission status.
